Job Description
Extensive experience across ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
Proficient in creating and modifying Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Experience in REST integrations and developing custom APIs within ServiceNow.
Hands-on in customizing the Service Portal
Expert in designing/implementing multiple catalog items by collaborating with the business stakeholders
Must have strong experience in integrating multiple large enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms
