Title: ServiceNow ITSM Architect
Duration: 1 year (can extend)
Location: Edison, NJ Hybrid (On-site 3 times a week)
Must have 15+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM, HRSD modules
• Experienced in architecture with and global roll-out
• Experience in CMDB and Discovery, ability to identify the issues and standardize to build scalable architecture
• Ability to create architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation
• Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including mid-server, API integrations
• Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams
