ServiceNow /ITSM Administrator (5G Telecom)

We are seeking a Systems Administrator with strong ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) experience to support the rollout and ongoing administration of a new ServiceNow platform replacing/augmenting an existing Remedy environment. This role is heavily focused on ITSM processes supporting telecom network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Support ticketing workflows in a high-volume operational or call center environment.
• Work closely with network operations, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with platform rollout, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and SLA tracking within ServiceNow.
• Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and service restoration activities.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL-based ITSM best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in an ITSM environment.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Experience supporting ticketing systems in operational or call center environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience working in telecom or large-scale network operations environments preferred.
• Active hands-on experience with ServiceNow (current usage required).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Telecom industry experience (wireless or wireline strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting NOC or network operations teams.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G network environments.
