ServiceNow CMDB Developer/Lead
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Experience: 5-15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer/Lead with deep expertise in CMDB design, discovery, integrations, and governance. The ideal candidate will ensure CMDB data integrity and support core ITSM / ITOM processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery & Service Mapping
• Maintain data accuracy, class design, and CI relationships
• Integrate CMDB with monitoring, asset, and external systems via APIs / MID Server
• Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation
• Define and enforce CMDB governance & data quality standards
• Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset teams for process alignment
Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITIL processes
• Scripting expertise in JavaScript & Glide API
• Experience integrating CMDB with external systems (REST / SOAP / IntegrationHub)
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CSDM or CMDB specialist preferred
