About the Opportunity

Join a leading financial services organization supporting enterprise-scale IT governance and operational excellence initiatives. This role will lead a critical Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program focused on preventing, detecting, and remediating unauthorized changes across complex technology environments.

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Program Manager / Platform Engineer will own and enhance an enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection program by consolidating change detection sources into a centralized ServiceNow workflow. This position combines ServiceNow platform expertise, governance leadership, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen change management controls and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection program.
• Consolidate detection sources into centralized ServiceNow workflows and dashboards.
• Design and maintain automated reconciliation between detected events and approved changes.
• Drive investigations and remediation of unauthorized changes.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Application, Mainframe, and Change Enablement teams.
• Oversee ServiceNow integrations, data mapping, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop program metrics, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory examination activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams and program initiatives.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience

• Tripwire or File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) tools

• Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional
• CISA, CISM, or CRISC certifications
• Mainframe reporting experience (DB2/SAVER)
• NIST, OCC, and FFIEC compliance knowledge
• DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud event monitoring experience
• Change quality improvement and control dashboard development
