• Expertise with leading and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Design and maintain complex ServiceNow workflows Implementation of Service Now
• Work closely with IT leadership to align ITOM capabilities with business objectives.
• Must have strong knowledge in implementing ITOM suite and has implemented as well as lead implementations related to ITOM Service Mapping, Event Management and Integrations for multiple clients
• Solution design
• Design technical strategy to meet customer objectives
• Define the Integration patterns and Anti-patterns for the implementation
• Ensure design is highly – secure, available, scalable and maintainable.
• Provide ServiceNow Specific recommendations (design, build and deploy)
• Understand non-functional requirements and provide recommendations
• Liaison with NS architects and Governance board to get sign off
• Conduct reviews with team to ensure adherence to the recommendations and document any deviations
• Help the team-members on complex script and approaches
Salary Range-$100,000-$150,000 a year
