About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery professional who can support, configure, and optimize IT operations management processes. The role requires strong technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of IT service management frameworks.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Configure and manage ServiceNow ITOM Discovery
• Support IT infrastructure visibility and service mapping initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and development teams
• Ensure accurate CMDB population and maintenance
• Apply best practices across IT operations and service management
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Must-Have Skills
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery
• Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
• Good understanding of software development methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within teams

Good to Have
• Exposure to Service Mapping and CMDB best practices
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• ITIL certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
