Job Description:
• Development and Customization
• Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript Jelly Web Services MYSQL XML HTML and CSS
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including screen tailoring workflow administration report setup data imports LDAP integration custom scripting and thirdparty software integrations
• Create and maintain custom workflows applicationrelated fields forms views email notifications acceptance roles and access controls
• Integration and Configuration
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with thirdparty systemsapplications via APIs
• Configure outofthebox workflows and createmaintain custom workflows
• Administer Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
• Performance and Quality Assurance
• Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
• Ensure that ServiceNow applications meet established quality standards and performance criteria
• Conduct thorough reviews of test results and provide detailed reports on testing outcomes
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with developers business analysts and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding development progress issues and risks
