Job Description:
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM Developer with expertise in SAM OR HAM modules. The role involves designing, configuring, and customizing ITAM solutions, developing scripts and integrations, and ensuring compliance across asset lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance ITAM workflows, automation, and integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
• Customize ServiceNow components (UI policies, client scripts, business rules, Script Includes).
• Manage data imports, normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and hardware audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITAM governance.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on ServiceNow development (2–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of SAM Pro, HAM Pro, JavaScript, Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, CMDB, Discovery, ITIL processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
