Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and configuring custom applications that align with business processes and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your contributions will directly impact application performance, reliability, and user experience. Experience: 6-9 years

Responsibilities:
• Independently execute complex development tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
• Actively contribute to team discussions, knowledge sharing, and solution design.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges to ensure application stability and performance.
• Document application workflows, processes, and configurations for clarity and maintainability.
• Participate in peer code reviews to uphold coding standards, quality, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow application development, configuration, and customization.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
