Job Role:-ServiceNow IRM Consultant

Job Location:-Gurgaon/Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai

Experience:-4-8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Implement and support ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules including Risk, Policy, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Resilience, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM.
• Design and configure workflows, automations, and integrations using APIs, web services, and connectors.
• Develop and customize Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, and scoped applications.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to define epics, user stories, and solution designs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Deliver end-to-end implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills:-
• 4?8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience with strong exposure to IRM modules.
• Hands-on scripting and customization expertise.
• Experience with integrations and product automation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:-
• Experience in IRM / Security Operations implementations (Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, SIR, VR).
• Exposure to ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CIS Certifications (Risk & Compliance, SIR, TPRM, VR).
• Knowledge of GRC tools such as RSA Archer or MetricStream.

Qualifications:-
• Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications preferred (not mandatory).
• Must be prepared for a live case study and hands-on scripting evaluation.
