About the Opportunity
A leading ServiceNow Partner is expanding its Digital Practice and seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to deliver high-impact Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience solutions. You’ll play a hands-on role across CSM, HRSD, and related workflows, shaping modern user experiences and supporting full-lifecycle delivery.
What You’ll Work On
• Designing and developing solutions across Customer and Employee workflows
• Building next-generation UIs using the Experience Layer, UI Builder, and Service Portal
• Integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Supporting full project lifecycles from discovery through deployment
• Contributing to solution design, pre-sales, and bid activity
• Enhancing customer journeys and employee lifecycle touchpoints
• Exploring modern capabilities such as Agentic AI and Now Assist
What You’ll Bring
• Strong hands-on development and configuration experience in ServiceNow
• Proven integration expertise (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Solid understanding of UX across customer and employee journeys
• Certifications such as CIS-CSM and CIS-HRSD (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with a service provider or consulting environment
• Familiarity with modern AI-driven ServiceNow features is beneficial
• SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
