ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
UK – Hybrid (1-2 days/month on client site on average)
£65,000 – £85,000 + benefits

A global digital transformation consultancy is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to support the design and delivery of modern workflows, user experiences, and integrations across a broad range of service areas.
You’ll work hands-on across the platform to configure workflows, improve user journeys, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
What you’ll be doing
• Working with stakeholders, BAs, architects, and delivery leads to turn requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions
• Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from initial configuration through testing and deployment.
• Designing and configuring workflows across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM
• Building intuitive, role-based interfaces with UI Builder and the Next Experience UI
• Supporting automation and integration via Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Participating in agile delivery from discovery through to go-live
• Helping define good practice, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement
✅ What you’ll bring
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex organisations
• Hands-on capability with JavaScript, Glide scripting, configuration, and workflow design
• Understanding of user experience, solution design, and reusable architecture
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work across multiple workstreams
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical teams
• Nice to have: HRSD, CSM, UI Builder, Now Assist, Virtual Agent
The practical details
• Hybrid working – typically 1-2 days/month on client site across the UK (expensed)
• Must be eligible for SC clearance (5+ years UK residency)
• Supported training and funded ServiceNow certifications
