Key Responsibilities
• Configure, customise, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Service Center
• Lifecycle Events
• Knowledge Management
• Design and implement HR workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal / Employee Center components.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Active Directory, payroll systems).
• Gather and translate HR business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related issues and defects.
• Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with HR data privacy standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT) and provide post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to continuously improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
