Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and possess expertise in designing, developing, and implementing HRSD solutions. In addition, you will have hands-on experience with integrations, particularly with PeopleDoc and SuccessFactors, to enhance the HR services and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to understand and translate HR processes into technical solutions.
• Lead and contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain custom HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Service Portal, and Employee Service Center.
• Work on integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems, such as PeopleDoc and SuccessFactors.
• PeopleDoc Integration: Manage and develop integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and PeopleDoc to streamline document management and case creation.
• SuccessFactors Integration: Work on integrating ServiceNow HRSD with SuccessFactors to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization of HR processes.
• Develop and maintain integration connectors using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and other integration tools.
• Optimize and automate HR workflows and processes for increased efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning on existing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and assist in knowledge sharing across the team.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including integration specifications, API documentation, and process flows.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development.
• Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems, specifically PeopleDoc and SuccessFactors.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and other integration tools.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and HR service delivery best practices.
• Additional Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow HRSD certifications.
• Experience with additional HR systems or integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
