Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst / HRSD Consultant (Contract, Remote)

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Work Mode: 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Business Analyst / Consultant to support and enhance HR Service Delivery operations in a large enterprise environment. This role works closely with HR, IT, and Information Security teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and efficient HR solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Role Summary

The ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst will support day-to-day HR Service Delivery operations and continuous improvements. You will act as the primary liaison between HR business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team, translating HR policies and operational needs into effective ServiceNow HRSD configurations, workflows, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

HRSD Operations and Business Support
• Act as the HRSD subject matter expert for HR business stakeholders
• Translate HR process requirements into ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Triage, analyze, and resolve HRSD cases, requests, and tasks
• Manage the full HR case lifecycle including intake, SLAs, escalations, and closure
• Maintain and enhance HR knowledge articles to improve self-service and reduce case volume
• Support HR portals, service catalog items, and employee-facing workflows

Platform Liaison and Delivery
• Partner with ServiceNow platform teams to deliver HRSD enhancements
• Gather requirements, groom backlogs, and support solution design
• Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Participate in demos, UAT, and release coordination
• Ensure all changes meet HR policy, security, data privacy, and compliance standards

Configuration and Administration (ServiceNow HRSD)
• Configure and maintain HR services, HR profiles, COEs, lifecycle events, and workflows
• Administer HRSD security, roles, entitlements, and data segmentation
• Maintain HR catalog items, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and flows
• Monitor HRSD platform health including SLAs, dashboards, and integrations

Reporting and Insights
• Build and maintain HRSD dashboards and reports (case volume, SLA performance, KPIs)
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR service efficiency and employee experience

Stakeholder Management and Enablement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR service owners
• Conduct training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for HR agents
• Facilitate workshops for process improvement and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications
• 3 to 7 years of experience supporting HR processes and HR systems
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong experience with HRSD case management, COEs, lifecycle events, and HR services
• Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows, flows, and catalog items
• Strong understanding of HR data privacy, access controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience with backlog management, user stories, UAT, and release management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or HRSD certification

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
• Knowledge of IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST APIs
• Experience with Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, Employee Center or EC Pro
• Familiarity with HR analytics, dashboards, SLAs, and operational metrics
• Experience supporting onboarding, transfers, and offboarding lifecycle events
