They are looking for a ServiceNow resource certified in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module with previous experience in HR case management, knowledge management, virtual agent, manager hub, and lifecycle events , experience with Employee Center Pro (ECP) and integrating divisional portals to support an enterprise intranet would be preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in ServiceNow, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (HRSD Certified), and strong experience with Employee Center Pro, ideally integrated with Workday (HCM).
• Strong functional and technical experience in HR case management, knowledge management, Virtual Agent, Manager Hub, and HR lifecycle events , with ability to deliver high-quality, accurate solutions independently.
• Proven ability to independently lead stakeholder requirement gathering sessions, run client meetings, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications while driving end-to-end delivery.
