Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise HR service management solutions. The HRSD Architect will work closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define scalable HR processes, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and solution design.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery or HR technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee service delivery processes.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale workflow and case management solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with HR Service Delivery solutions on platforms such as:
• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
• Workday
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience with employee experience and digital workplace initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and privacy regulations.
