Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, HRSD and custom workflows.
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define and implement scalable HR workflows, case management, and employee service portals.
• Architect end-to-end HRSD solutions including Employee Service Center (ESC), Case & Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Provide technical leadership in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules using best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory).
• Ensure platform performance, security, and data privacy compliance (especially for sensitive HR data).
• Guide development teams on scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews and enforce governance, standards, and architecture principles.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve HR service efficiency and employee experience.
• Support upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including ITSM, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
