We’re Hiring – ServiceNow HRSD / CSM / FSM Specialists | Bangalore (On-site Interview)

We’re looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals who can join our team in Bangalore.

About the Role

We’re open to hiring specialists across three ServiceNow areas — HRSD, CSM, or FSM. Candidates with strong functional and technical experience in any of these modules are encouraged to apply.

HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD application
• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Experience in Case Management and Knowledge Management design
• Background in setting up or supporting an HR Shared Services Center
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred, with experience in integrations (REST, Web Services)

CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Proven experience implementing standard CSM processes
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSM functionality and integrations
• Experience working with 3rd-party integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID, etc.)
• Familiarity with Proactive Customer Service Operations, Predictive Intelligence, PA, VA, and Continual Improvement Management

FSM (Field Service Management)
• Experience working on Work Order Management, Scheduling, and Dispatch
• Hands-on configuration of Field Agent activities (Mobile & Desktop)
• Knowledge of Field Service business processes, assignments, and add-ons
• Experience optimizing scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and time recording
• Exposure to integrations with other applications or data sources
