Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Management professional with strong business analysis skills in dynamic, project-based environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing both independent and collaborative projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and managing key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• HR Technology & Platforms: Expertise in SAP Employee Central, ServiceNow HR Service Management, HR Shared Services, and Contact Centers.
• Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business needs, manage stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Project Delivery: Independent and collaborative execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communication & Influence: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively during workshops.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to challenge existing practices and improve processes.
• HR Process Knowledge: A deep understanding of HR processes and technologies, along with awareness of current industry and market trends.
• IT Service Management: Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Release Management processes, including service introduction and support.
• DevOps & Agile: Experience in DevOps environments and Agile methodologies, with hands-on knowledge of system configuration and the SDLC.
• SaaS & Vendor Management: Experience with SaaS platforms and vendor collaboration, including monitoring releases and roadmaps.
• Work Style & Initiative: A proactive self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with minimal supervision while fostering team collaboration.
