Title: ServiceNow HLA (High-Level Architect)
Location: Hybrid- Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12+Months
Job Description: Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions on Client, ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice implementations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end Client architecture and platform strategy
Lead solution design across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM (as applicable)
Translate business requirements into technical architecture & roadmaps
Guide development teams and review integrations, data models, and workflows
Ensure performance, security, governance, and platform standards
Support presales/POCs and provide technical leadership to stakeholders
Required Skills
8+ years IT experience, 4+ years Client architecture/lead role
Strong hands-on with core modules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs
Experience with enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP, SSO, LDAP, Azure AD)
Strong stakeholder communication and solution documentation skills
