Job Title: ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer – Lead
Experience: 7+ Years
Relevant GRC Exp : 4+ years
Location: Noida (or open to others)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules – Risk, Compliance, Audit
• Expertise in Operational Risk Management (IT risk is secondary)
• Good understanding of IRM Workspaces (new UI) and UI16
• Experience with Issue Management, and future scope includes Policy & Regulatory Management
• Strong skills in Business Rules, Notifications, and overall ServiceNow platform
• Should understand business-side of regulatory compliance (e.g., mutual funds to retail customers)
• Exposure to BCM, Knowledge Management, and Vulnerability Scanning (preferred)
Note: Looking for a strong tech-functional candidate who can lead development and maintenance of IRM/GRC with deep business context understanding.
