Job Title: Sr. Analyst – GRC Tool Admin – ServiceNow / GRC Admin
Location: Charlotte or Raleigh NC, Memphis Tennessee or Birmingham, Alabama
Onsite 5 days a week

is currently seeking a GRC Admin for a long-term contract engagement with one of our financial services clients. The Senior Analyst will be supporting the strategic leader of the GRC Tool Implementation. This individual must have extensive hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow as a
GRC Tool. This individual must have strong communication skills to collaborate with all levels of leadership. The ideal candidate will have implemented and configured ServiceNow as a GRC Tool at another financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder and vendor partners on configuration decisions.
• Review configuration modules and validate alignment with business expectations.
• Participate in design sessions to represent key stakeholder groups.
• Manage requirements documentation and templates.
• Coordinate internal sign-off on workflows, data structures, and field-level logic.
• Monitor deliverable to confirm adherence to project scope and timeline.
• Assist in the development and testing of AI-enabled features.
Required Skills:
• 5-7 years of experience supporting GRC Tool implementations and configurations.
• Hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow as a GRC Tool.
• Proven experience owning relationships for ServiceNow support and follow up on technical issues while providing solutions.
• Proven ability to have conversations with all levels of leadership.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements from business stakeholders and transform information into priorities to properly configure GRC Tool.
• Experience working with module owners to track system enhancements and ServiceNow upgrades.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience implementing ServiceNow as a GRC Tool at a financial institution.
