We at Coforge are seeking “ServiceNow Functional Consultant” with the following skill set:
• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others based on project needs.
• Customize ServiceNow applications using workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and integration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Support post-implementation activities including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and releases.
