Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Expert to design, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise service management and automation initiatives. This role focuses on workflow development, system integrations, and platform performance while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
• Develop workflows, catalog items, and platform customizations
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub
• Implement secure authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and platform optimization
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on requirements and solutions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with HTML/CSS and modern web technologies
• Working knowledge of REST web services
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in Identity & Access Management or cybersecurity
• Advanced ServiceNow development experience (custom apps, automation, complex integrations)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
