ServiceNow ESM Architect || Contract at Chicago, IL
• Own end to end solution design for ESM (Enterprise Service Management) capabilities on ServiceNow, ensuring functional needs
are met through scalable, compliant solutions aligned to the Golden Instance architecture.
• Oversee solution design for specific ESM capabilities or functional waves (e.g. Finance,
Procurement, IT).
• Review and validate the design coming from System Integrators and ensure design
• Ensure consistent design patterns across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc. as they onboard
to the Golden Instance.
• Ensure designs align to ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and reuse shared platform components
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, bringing forward solution designs and
trade offs.
• Identify where functional needs require architecture decisions or exceptions, escalating
• Partner closely with Development, Integration, and Testing Leads to clarify design intent and
resolve design time issues.
• Validate that delivered solutions match approved designs and meet functional intent
