ServiceNow implementation and integration across multiple legacy systems Hybrid Role Mostly remote with some onsite in Baltimore, MD
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team supporting a ServiceNow implementation and integration project across multiple legacy systems. This hybrid role requires a local presence in Baltimore, MD, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, integrating with older platforms, and ensuring robust, scalable workflows that support enterprise service management.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and legacy systems using APIs, MID servers, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and system owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and server-side scripting in JavaScript.
• Perform data migration and transformation from legacy systems into ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and issue resolution across various ServiceNow modules.
• Support change management and release processes, including version control and deployment planning.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and governance standards during integrations and implementations.
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with legacy systems in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including data schema, APIs, and scripting.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2–3 days onsite in Baltimore, MD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
