Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team remotely at [Company Name]. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support our clients’ IT service management needs.

• Develop, customize, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Provide ServiceNow administration support, including user management, access control, and system configurations.
• Implement and customize ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor system performance and service levels.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of other scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
