We are looking for a talented ServiceNow EC Pro Developer with a strong background in enhancing employee experiences through the ServiceNow platform.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing comprehensive configuration, development, and operational support specifically tailored for the Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Platform Configuration & Development:
• Configure EC Pro pages and design topic taxonomy.
• Create personalized intranet landing pages that enhance user engagement.
• Develop UI Builder components and widgets for optimal functionality.
• Enhance search and navigation capabilities across the platform.
• Create robust scripts and flows tailored to business needs.
• Design scoped application components while ensuring documentation accuracy.

M365 Integrations:
• Integrate SharePoint content seamlessly into the platform.
• Embed Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights.
• Establish connections with Viva Engage to foster collaboration.
•
Operations & Support:
• Troubleshoot incidents and rectify defects effectively.
• Support software releases and conduct system upgrades efficiently.
•
Governance & Collaboration:
• Contribute technical design inputs during project planning phases.
• Create estimates and propose effective implementation strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years supporting Employee Center or similar enterprise portals is preferred.
• Your expertise should include proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and UI Builder within the ServiceNow framework.
• Relevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, or those specific to Employee Experience are required.
• You should have experience with Microsoft 365 service integrations like SharePoint and Power BI, along with a good grasp of REST APIs.
• Bilingual capabilities in French and English would be an asset in our diverse environment.
