Role Description

This is a contract role for a ServiceNow Developer with ITOM expertise. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, and programming using ServiceNow and other relevant technologies. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram with the flexibility for some remote work.

ServiceNow ITSM years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules 3rd party integrations ServiceNow technical skills in Catalog Management Order Guides Workflows Reporting Dashboard home page modifications SLAs Email notifications Record Producers Data Sources Import set tables Transform maps Business rules Client scripts UI policies Script includes Update sets UI actions Glide Classes Midserver concepts Good experience in supporting ITSM CMDB Discovery Knowledge management and Discovery Good experience in configuring ITOM Software Asset Management Event Management Performance Analytics Service catalog management Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript HTML CSS AJAX Angular Bootstrap Jelly Script for Client Side and Server Side Scripting Very good verbal and written English communication skills Effective time management team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities Prepare overall architecture for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow Understand functional technical and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation ServiceNow administration ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is plus
