Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

Our engagement is to merge two ServiceNow instances into a new third instance due to a recent merger and acqusition. We are starting the enagagement with needing resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms.

CMDB/Discovery

Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc

Demand/Agile

Service Catalog / Portal

Event Management

ITSM

Requirement:

CMDB/Discovery:
• Implement and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Perform discovery and mapping of IT assets and services.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB.

LDAP/Access Setups/AD:
• Configure and manage LDAP integrations and Active Directory (AD) setups.
• Implement access control and authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.

Demand/Agile:
• Manage and prioritize demand requests using ServiceNow Demand Management.
• Implement Agile methodologies and practices within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Service Catalog/Portal:
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog and self-service portal.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules.

Event Management:
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
• Monitor and manage event data to ensure timely incident detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with IT operations to integrate event management with ITSM processes.

ITSM:
• Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Provide support and training to end-users and other team members.
