Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Should ensure Incidents, Problems, Change and configuration Management by adhering to the customer specific SLA and KPI.
• Knows IT security standards, such as the basics of information security management system (including security risks, security rules and processes)
• Follow ITIL defined standards
• Design, development and implementation of new applications, catalog items and widgets
• Identifying areas of improvement in existing programs, implement and optimize / refactor the design
• Testing and evaluation of developed solutions as per business requirement
• Document knowledge documents
