Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 2-3 day onsite in a Month)

Job Type: Contract (12 months with extension)

Required Skills:
• Experience in customizing the CSM (Customer Service Management) Module is a MUST HAVE
• Building out service catalogs, forms, and appropriate workflows
• JavaScript – MUST HAVE
• UIB (UI Builder) workspace – good depth experience with UIB and configurable workspaces. All their workspace is built on UI Builder
• The latest version of ServiceNow will be good – Zurich (current version)
• Playbook and flow designer experience are very good to have
• CSM and admin certification is NICE TO HAVE
