Position: Mid ServiceNow Admin/Developer O&M
Location: Remote(with occasional travel to Washington, DC)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
Most of the work is of support and enhancements. Looking for candidates who worked in O&M kind of engagements and have experience in all the modules listed.
Experience:
5 years of experience administrating ServiceNow platforms
5 years in Agile development
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Certification(s): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Skillset:
ServiceNow: Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and products/modules, experience delivering large-scale federal projects on the ServiceNow platform, ability to communicate recommended practices and guidance to customers and project teams
Agile development: Analysis, requirements gathering, development, testing, quality assurance, change management, operations and maintenance support
Experience with Service Portal
Production support/maintenance work, e.g., Upgrade and Clone support
Requirements analysis, gap analysis, create stories, create use cases
Experience with: ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HAM/FSM/Asset/CMDB
Support of integration points to/from ServiceNow (SailPoint, UpStart)
Workspace configuration support. (Service Operations Workspace)
Experience with dashboards and reporting
Virtual Agent/Agent Chat
Performance Analytics
Rest API
