Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves customization, workflow development, integrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow workflows, flows, APIs, and platform capabilities.

Design and optimize workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Support multiple ServiceNow instances and complex application environments.

Develop and maintain unit tests throughout the software development lifecycle.

Create and maintain Knowledge Articles related to assigned functionality.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.

Ensure solutions align with business goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain technical documentation including:

Design specifications

Test plans

User guides

Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.

Support platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor.
• Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript
• Glide APIs
• ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with:
• ServiceNow data model
• UI Policies
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Hands-on experience with integrations using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP
• JSON
• XML
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations.
• Experience working across multiple application scopes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow system table structure.
• Solid understanding of:
• SDLC methodologies

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
