Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM , TNI and CMDB
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
