The team
ACI Infotech is a certified ServiceNow partner delivering ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and workflow automation for global enterprises. The Digital Transformation practice uses ServiceNow to take real friction out of customer operations — request fulfillment, CMDB, change management, and beyond.
What you’ll do
· Design and develop ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and custom scoped apps.
· Build complex workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
· Integrate ServiceNow with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs.
· Participate in client requirements workshops and technical design sessions.
· Support platform upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.
What we’re looking for
· 4+ years ServiceNow development experience.
· Strong JavaScript, REST API integration, and Flow Designer skills.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS-ITSM or CIS-HR preferred.
· Experience with ITOM, HRSD, or Customer Service Management is a plus.
· Direct client interaction skills — workshops, requirements gathering, demos.
