About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules ( ITOM, CMDB, ITAM , CSM)
• Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.
• Work on Service Portal development and customization.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and convert business needs into technical requirements.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience with modules like ITOM,ITAM, CMDB, Incident/Problem/Change, Catalog, Discovery, or others depending on your environment.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and automation workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and tables.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS modules) preferred.
