Location – Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Noida, Indore, Bhubaneshwar

Experience – 6+ years.

PFB JD:

ITOM + Discovery/ Service Mapping

– Candidate must have at least 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience

– Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform

– Candidate must have 5+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience

– Good knowledge of the CMDB data model

– Experience in writing custom patterns

– Must have good communication skills

– Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams

– Must have good communication skills

– Must have team-handling experience

– Working experience in Service Maps

– Experience in writing custom patterns
