Must-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow CAD Certification
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
• Experience in workflow design, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs
• Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
• Experience in Service Portal and custom application development
• Good understanding of REST / SOAP integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement experience
• Ability to work with Agile teams and business stakeholders
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Additional ServiceNow certifications
• Experience in CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration
• Exposure to ServiceNow administration
• Knowledge of upgrade support and release management
• Experience in enterprise-level implementation / support projects
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
