Job Description

We’re seeking a ServiceNow Specialist proficient in incident management, service catalog development, ServiceNow configuration, and virtual agent implementation.

Responsibilities include resolving incidents, optimizing the service catalog, configuring workflows, and deploying virtual agents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow incident management and service catalog development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities and configuration.
• Experience with virtual agent implementation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

ServiceNow Development
• Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements across various modules including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, and IT Operations Management.

• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications/systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant technologies.

Configuration Management
• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

Custom Application Development
• Develop custom applications and modules within ServiceNow to address specific business needs and enhance platform capabilities.

Workflow Automation
• Utilize workflow editor and automation tools within ServiceNow to automate IT and business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
