We’re looking for Certified ServiceNow Developers & Administrators to support enterprise-grade implementations for one of the Big 4 consulting firms.

ServiceNow Developer
• CAD Certified with 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong in JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scoped Apps, Catalog Items, Workflow Automation
• Modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Mobile App, Flow Designer
• Integration knowledge: REST & SOAP APIs
• ITIL v4 Certified; ORM framework experience is a plus

️ ServiceNow Administrator
• CSA Certified with 5+ years of administration experience
• Skilled in managing: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Employee Center, Mobile App
• Experience with upgrades, health scans, integrations, user/system support
• Strong analytical skills; ITIL v4 certification required
