Role: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio – Onsite
Employment Type: Contract – 12 Months
Rate: $70/hr W2 (Client W2 Payroll)
Required Qualifications
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Experience:
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
3+ years of experience with applications including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose performance-related issues. Experience with Agile methodologies is required.
Certifications: A current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Candidates must have an active ServiceNow certification verifiable through the partner portal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
