Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Implement and support ITSM and ITBM modules.
• Develop and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and other platform components.
• Perform server-side scripting and platform customizations.
• Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with best practices.

Required Skills:-
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Expertise in ITSM & ITBM modules.
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs.
• Strong server-side scripting skills.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
