Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for managing the Service Now platform at NetApp. You will be responsible for working on projects, solving issues that the Support team is unable to handle. You are expected to drive issue resolution and ensure successful delivery as per expectations working with teams in US and India. We are looking at ServiceNow System Administration Certified professionals. ITIL Foundation Certification would be a plus. You should possess excellent communication skills.

On a daily basis, you are expected to carry out the below duties:

Should be able to work on development tasks assigned to you.

Should be able to understand the nuances of Enterprise Design.

Should be able to resolve technical issues in the system .

Work on systems integrations .

Maintain and update techno functional documents and procedures.

Manage coordination across various technical and functional teams.

Job Requirements

Excellent understanding of the below modules:

CSM – Customer Service Management module experience

ITSM – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog

Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs

Nice to have any one of below:

ITOM – CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping

ITBM – Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Agile

HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and Finance

VR – Vulnerability Response

We are looking at someone with hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform

ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) is desirable.

Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules is essential.

Hands-on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML,AngularJS & AJAX is a must

Experience with Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).

Education

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. 5 – 9 years of experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
