Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, administration, or implementation
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and platform capabilities
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies
• Experience building and maintaining API integrations and third-party system connectivity
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration vs. customization tradeoffs
• Experience working in Agile environments (Jira or similar tools)

Required Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) -Active

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required within 3 months of start (strict enforcement)
