About the Job:

The ServiceNow Developer will hold a pivotal role within our financial institution, possessing expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in Tier 1 banking environments, the successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of GRC solution architecture and capabilities development on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires expertise in data integration development, cloud integration setups, secure development practices, and hybrid cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will showcase a track record of implementing complex GRC capabilities within and around ServiceNow while aligning with business objectives and leveraging a balance of out-of-the-box (OOTB) and customized solutions. Experience in mobile development and User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
• ServiceNow IRM and GRC Expertise: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities.
• Tier 1 Banking Experience: Bring over 7 years of hands-on experience in Tier 1 banking environments, focusing on GRC solution architecture and capabilities development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Data Integration Development: Develop data integration solutions within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources and systems.
• Cloud Integration Setups: Implement and configure cloud integration setups, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.
• Secure Development Practices: Adhere to secure development practices, implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and transactions.
• Hybrid Cloud Integrations: Design and implement hybrid cloud integrations, optimizing performance and scalability while maintaining compliance and security standards.
• Complex GRC Capabilities Implementation: Clearly demonstrate hands-on ability to implement complex GRC capabilities within and around the ServiceNow platform, addressing business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• OOTB and Customization Balancing: Leverage a balanced approach of out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and customizations to deliver tailored GRC solutions that meet specific business needs.
• Mobile Development Experience: Utilize mobile development skills to enhance ServiceNow applications and interfaces, providing a seamless user experience across various devices.
• UX/UI Design Expertise: Apply User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for ServiceNow applications.
