Join Accenture’s team as a ServiceNow Delivery Lead in Canada, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise platform transformation strategies. You will lead delivery engagements, advise clients on platform strategy and optimization, and drive innovation across ServiceNow implementations. ServiceNow Delivery Leads at Accenture require a strong blend of leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills, including a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently while navigating complex business and program landscapes and remaining focused on delivering exceptional customer value.
As an Accenture ServiceNow Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple interrelated large project initiatives within a program, inclusive of overseeing the successful end to end delivery of the program.
