Job Description

Looking for a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Operations (FSO) modules to lead design and implementation of scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
• Architect and implement CSM & FSO solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design data models, workflows, and integrations aligning with ITIL and business processes.
• Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor developers and review configuration / custom code.
• Collaborate with product owners and ServiceNow teams to implement enhancements.

Required Skills
• 10+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem, with 5+ years in CSM / FSO implementation.
• Strong understanding of case management, entitlement, SLAs, dispatch, work orders, and scheduling.
• Hands-on in Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating CSM / FSO with CRM, ERP, or external scheduling tools.
• Solid grasp of data model design, portal customization, and service catalogs.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSO preferred.
